Poonam Choudhry lehrte mit Prof. Dita Leyh an der Hochschule Darmstadt im SS 2020 im Fachbereich Architektur/Stadtplanung, Sondergebiet Indien.
Hierfür wurde den Studierenden die Aufgabe gestellt, sich mit der Entwicklung, der Funktionsweise und Leben in Slums auseinanderzusetzen und Konzepte für eine Erneuerung des Slums Baljit Nagar in Neu Delhi zu entwickeln.
